Sixteen Pads Beat Battle closed last night at midnight. We hooked up everything at the studio and listened to your work..simply to conclude that all the beats were pretty dope. Nevertheless 3 producers needed to be marked and we have chosen these 3 finalists. ROCKWELL winning this BeatBattle and a Sixteen Pads T-SHIRT for the craziest and grooviest drum work, sweet bass and the horns (tiny notch too loud though). Underdog for originality in the drum pattern and "on point" chops and the Mind for his SP-ish sound and classic, true schoolish, head nodding flavor. All of the contenders deserve a Tee :) but well, better luck next time!!
